Chop, chop, chop, chop, chopping...

You can make smoothies. You can make sauces. You can make soups. Dough, paté, ice cream, you name it, it can handle it. It even makes perfect coleslaw.

This is very important. Koosla, cabbage salad, whatever you want to call it, I love it. But I don't love chopping cabbage, dicing onions, or shredding carrots.
  • So, step one: throw in three carrots, one by one, pulse on three, then dump into a bowl.
  • Step two: throw in a quarter of an onion, pulse on three, then dump into the bowl with the carrots.
  • Step three: throw in some chunks of cabbage, cover with water, pulse on three, drain, then dump into the bowl with the carrots and onions.
Next, make some mayo. I like grapeseed oil for this for a less-intense flavour (we usually use olive oil for mayo - well, for everything, but who in Spain wouldn't?).

Use the mayo, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper for the dressing.

Then, dig in! I will probably eat this whole bowl myself.
