This is very important. Koosla, cabbage salad, whatever you want to call it, I love it. But I don't love chopping cabbage, dicing onions, or shredding carrots.
- So, step one: throw in three carrots,one by one, pulse on three, then dump into a bowl.
- Step two: throw in a quarter of an onion, pulse on three, then dump into the bowl with the carrots.
- Step three: throw in some chunks of cabbage, cover with water, pulse on three, drain, then dump into the bowl with the carrots and onions.
Use the mayo, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper for the dressing.
Then, dig in! I will probably eat this whole bowl myself.
