ONE:
make crust by blending biscuits and melted butter - these are oat chocolate, but ginger would be nice!
TWO:
blend ricotta cheese, lemon juice and zest, xylitol, 3 egg yolks and arrowroot powder, then bake
THREE:
blend 250g of mixed berries and some honey to top it off
If you go now, you've still got time to make it for a great way to end Sunday dinner.
Ease: 4/5. It's really easy to over-blend the biscuits into biscuit sand. Other than that, simple!
Flavour: really good, next time I will add extra lemon zest though, 'cuz I like lots of lemon.
Make-again: yes, but with a ginger crust and blueberry topping.
