I tried making a carrot cake smoothie for breakfast, and it's sure not the same thing, but it's a pretty good alternative:
- 3/4 C Plain Greek yogurt (or more, if you want a larger smoothie)
- a carrot
- 1/4 C pineapple
- a dash each of cinnamon and nutmeg
- milk/water/pineapple juice (if you like a liquid drink)
- ice/frozen banana (if you like a thicker smoothie)
